As members of the ARCHES Alliance, collaboratives have access to the full suite of ARCHES tiered support services. Collaboratives receive advisement, consulting, and technical assistance in the following areas: formation, planning, data and evaluation, policy, project monitoring, and inter-segmental guidance. These services are provided in a just-in time manner to provide focused and direct support to collaboratives, when needed. The graphic below illustrates ARCHES three-tiered service support structure.
Level 1: Core Services
All collaboratives receive advisement, consulting, and technical assistance in the following areas: formation, planning, data and evaluation, policy, project monitoring, and intersegmental guidance. Members receive communications on funding and professional development opportunities, as well as relevant policy updates. ARCHES members also benefit from participation in professional learning community events.
Level 2: Targeted Support
Annually, 2-3 collaboratives engage in limited partnering with ARCHES on special projects that involve increased time in the local setting and additional assistance and support. Targeted support might include participation in ARCHES equity-based professional development offerings, proposal development, and more in-depth assistance in the areas described under Level 1 CORE Services.
Level 3: Intensive Partnership
Every 1-2 years, ARCHES works with a collaborative in an intensive partnership program. The embedded partnering could include work on an initiative or area of emphasis surfaced through completing the ARCHES collaborative assessment tool – EdCAR.
