ARCHES provides a Liaison to each ARCHES collaboarative. ARCHES Liaisons are one of the most important keys to the development and sustainability of a successful collaborative. A liaison helps to guide a collaborative to manage itself cooperatively, while focusing on student achievement outcomes. The role of the Liaison evolves as the collaborative progresses from planning phase to implementation phase, and then from sustainability phase to mature phase.
